Sean Hickey, the pillar of Heights Appraisals, Inc., brings in over 27 years of real estate appraisal industry experience, with 24 of those years deeply rooted in the Sarasota/Bradenton, FL market. After earning a B.S. in Business Administration from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA, Sean entered the real estate business as a team leader at ATM Corp. of America. He completed his appraisal apprenticeship under Charles Dotson of Sterling Appraisals in Laguna Hills, CA, a company with a 30-year legacy as one of the largest appraisal companies in the country.

In 2000, Sean opened Heights Appraisals, Inc. in Sarasota, FL, building it on the foundations of excellence and integrity. His commitment to the industry did not stop there, as he earned a real estate salesperson license in Florida in 2014. A dedicated family man, Sean resides in Sarasota with his beloved wife and two daughters. When he’s not working, he relishes in family time and playing ice hockey.
