Sean Hickey has over 14 years of appraisal industry experience and over 10 years of experience in the Sarasota/Bradenton, FL market. After graduating from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA with a B.S. in Business Administration Mr. Hickey entered the real estate business as a team leader at ATM Corp. of America in Coraopolis, PA. Mr. Hickey then completed his appraisal apprenticeship under the direction of Charles Dotson of Sterling Apprasials, Laguna Hills, CA. Sterling Appraisals is one of the largest appraisal companies in the country and has been in business for over 20 years. Mr. Hickey then opened Heights Appraisals, Inc. in Sarasota, FL in 2000. Mr. Hickey currently resides in Sarasota, FL with his wife and 2 daughters.
